California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (for California consumers only)

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) gives California consumers more control over their personal information. CCPA gives California consumers the right to know what kind of information we have about them, why we use it and the business purpose(s) for sharing it with third parties (“Right to Know”), the right to opt-out of or opt into the sale of their information (“Right to Opt Out/Right to Opt in”) and the right to request that certain information be deleted (“Right to be Forgotten”).
