How to get started using Online Documents

To get started you need a People's United Personal Checking Account and Online Banking.

How to enroll in Online Documents

Once you are a People’s United Bank customer, simply sign-up for Online Banking then:

  • Log into People's United Online and click ‘Documents’
  • Change delivery method to ‘Online’
  • Acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions, then click ‘Submit’

How do I access my statements online?

  • Once you are logged into your online banking click Documents
  • Your accounts will be listed and you can choose ‘Last Statement’ or ‘All Statements’ next to the account that you need the statement for

Choosing ‘Last Statement’ will bring you to your most recent statement.

Choosing ‘All Statements’ will bring you to a range of statements and you can choose the one you want to view.

How do I print my statements?

You have the option to print the entire statement or individual summaries (sections) of the statement

  • To print the entire statement: Click on the ‘Printable Version’ link on top right column of the statement
  • To print individual statement summaries (sections): Click the print link on the specific section headers

How can I request statements that are no longer available online?

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Click ‘More’
  • Click ‘Customer Service’
  • Click ‘Contact Us’ and choose the Account (option)
  • Message: Include the Account number, statement month and year; for check copies you will also need the check number, date and amount for each check requested.
  • Contact Customer Service 1-800-894-0300
  • Visit your local Branch
