George Clough, CFP®, CTFA
George oversees financial planning efforts at People’s United Wealth Management. He also supports wealth managers and private bankers’ training in—and use of—software for relationship management and financial planning engagements with clients and prospects.
Before joining People's United Wealth Management in 2010, George was the Connecticut Market Area Lead Planner for UBS Financial Services. Earlier, he was Internal Strategist for the Private Wealth Management Group at Advest, heading up for-fee financial planning and acting as the expert in stock option planning and charitable planning strategies for high-net-worth clients and prospects. Previously, he was a Trust and New Business Development Officer at BankNorth. George has been a frequent guest speaker at charitable giving seminars.
