Quick Balance Is Easy To Use:

  • Send a text message1 with the letter “B” to our Mobile Banking Center (if you’re already set-up, go to your mobile device’s Contacts, or text the number 84421). 
  • You’ll instantly receive your latest available balance.
  • Want your latest transactions on your account too?  Just text us an “H” to get your Quick History.
  • Not set up for Text Banking?  Just follow the directions below.

Quick Balance Text Banking Is Easy To Set-up:

  • Go to the People’s United Bank Mobile Banking Center
  • Click on “Text Banking – Activate”
  • Follow directions to enroll your mobile phone number
  • Once enrolled, you’ll receive a text message with your Activation Code
  • Reply to the text message with your Activation Code
  • That’s all there is…you’re now ready to use Quick Balance
  • Be sure to add Quick Balance to your mobile device’s contact list!
