Need an answer to a technical question with our systems? We now offer online technical support for users of Remote Deposit Capture and Lockbox Services.
A People's United Bank representative can view your desktop and trouble-shoot the issue with you. Our real-time support allows us to temporarily view and interact with you and your computer while you watch and assist.
You must contact a representative in advance in order to request online technical support. Please call during normal business hours.

How Tech Support Works
- Call your support area and request a technical support session.
- When your representative calls, you will be directed to this page and asked to complete the fields below. (All fields are required.)
- When the session begins, you will be prompted to download a virus-free plug-in that connects you to your support representative.
- With your permission, we can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. A high-speed connection to the Internet is recommended.
- Your are in full control of your computer at all times. You may override control of your mouse and keyboard and end the screen-sharing session at any time.
