Commercial Banking Training Program

The Commercial Banking Training Program offers participants the opportunity to build a career in Commercial banking - a highly competitive and growing field.  The training program focuses on combining formal credit and sales training with hands-on business application. Training is designed to build the skills and experience necessary to function as a Commercial Relationship Manager. 

Trainees who go through this 24-month program will learn to:

  • Analyze financial statements and industry reports
  • Perform credit analysis and prepare loan submissions
  • Service an existing portfolio of customers and source new business
  • Partner with other business areas to meet customers’ additional banking needs

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will have acquired the skill set to meet the financial needs of the Commercial customer and succeed in this rewarding career.
