How do I add a mobile phone number to my user profile in eTreasury+?

In order to login to Business Mobile Banking you will need to have a mobile phone number established in eTreasury+. You can add a mobile phone number by following these steps:

1. Login to eTreasury+
2. Go to Administration – User Administration
3. Select the user to update their Contact Information
4. Click Edit Contact Information
5. Select Add additional telephone number
6. Choose a label of Mobile
7. Enter the users mobile phone number (numeric only)
8. Click Save User

How do I disable or remove my mobile device?

If you wish to temporarily disable your device from Business Mobile Banking, complete the following steps:

To disable your phone or other mobile device:
- Log in from your computer to eTreasury+
- Click Manage Business Mobile Banking settings under Administration
- Choose "Disable Device"

You will need to re-enable and re-activate your device for future use.

If you no longer want to use Business Mobile Banking, you may choose to remove your device. You will need to go through the Business Mobile Banking enrollment process for future use.

To remove your phone or other mobile device:
- Log in from your computer to eTreasury+
- Click Manage Business Mobile Banking settings under Administration
- Choose "Remove your Device"

Once you remove your device, you will need to re-enroll to start using Business Mobile Banking again.

How do I re-enable my device?

If you temporarily disabled your mobile device from Business Mobile Banking, you may re-enable it by doing the following:

- Log in from your computer to eTreasury+
- Click Manage Business Mobile Banking settings under Administration
- Choose "Enable Device"
- Follow the activation instructions

If you removed your mobile device entirely from Business Mobile Banking, you will not be able to re-enable the device. To re-enroll your device you will need to follow the same steps that you took when you originally registered your device for Business Mobile Banking.

How do I clear the cache, cookies or history on my device?

You may occasionally experience inconsistent performance or uncommon errors while using Business Mobile Banking due to caching issues and may need to have the cache, cookies and history cleared from your device.

See below for instructions on how to clear the cache, cookies and history for Android, and Apple devices. For mobile devices not included in this list, you may reference the manual that came with your device for instructions.

For Android:
Step 1: From the list of apps on your Android, click on the “Internet” Icon.
Step 2: Once you are on the internet, at the bottom of your device, there is a “Menu” option, click on this Menu option.
Step 3: Click on “Settings”.
Step 4: Scroll to “Privacy configuration”.
Step 5: Click on “Clear all cookies” and a screen will pop up that says “All cookies will be deleted.” Click “OK”.
Step 6: Click on “Clear cache” and a screen will pop up that says “Locally cached content and databases will be deleted.” Click “OK”.
Step 7: Click on “History” and a screen will pop up that says “The browser navigation history will be deleted”. Click “OK”.


For Apple:
Step 1: From the list of apps on your iPhone, click on “Settings”
Step 2: From the Settings screen, click on “Safari”
Step 3: Click on “Clear History”, “Clear Cookies and Data”

How do I install the Business Mobile Banking app?

To download the Business Mobile Banking app to your device, you must have an eTreasury+ profile and do the following steps:

1. Visit the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Amazon App Store
2. Download the app
3. Enter your eTreasury+ User ID and password and click continue
4. If you'd like your device to remember your User ID, select "Save my User ID"
5. On the next page enter your Company ID and click Sign on
6. On your first login through Business Mobile Banking you will be prompted to enter the mobile phone number you have registered through eTreasury+ in your user profile
7. Accept our Business Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions
8. Register your mobile phone number and click submit

My eTreasury+ profile has multiple users established. How can I entitle each user to Business Mobile Banking and Mobile Check Deposit?

The Business Mobile Banking and Mobile Check Deposit service are separate services and will need to entitled to each user in eTreasury+. To entitle a user follow these steps:

1. Login to eTreasury+
2. Go to Administration – User Administration
3. Select the user to update their entitlements
4. Select Edit Services & Accounts
5. Click Add the Mobile Banking and Mobile RDC services
6. Select the accounts that the user should be allowed to make deposits into for Mobile RDC
7. Click Save Changes after entitling the accounts
8. Click Save Changes to confirm the addition of the entitlements
9. Confirm that user has a mobile phone number setup in their Contact Information

How do I find the nearest People's United Bank ATM or Branch location?

Searching for the nearest location is easy.

1. From the navigation menu select 'Locations'
2. Share your current location or enter a City/Town or zip code
4. A list of the nearest locations will be returned
5. Simply select the location and tap Get Directions

How do I deposit a check using my mobile device?

Make sure you have the most updated version of our Business Mobile Banking app and that your device meet the requirements below.

Minimum Device Standards:
- Your iPhone or iPad is running iOS 6.0 or higher.
- Your device running Android OS 4.0 or higher and a camera that supports autofocus.
- You have enrolled for Business Mobile Banking.

To deposit a check using your mobile device follow these steps:
- Sign on to your account from your Business Mobile Banking app
- From the navigation menu select '+'
- Select 'Check Deposit'
- Endorse the check you wish to deposit
- Snap a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check
- Click OK once you capture the check images
- Complete the Deposit Info fields

For the best check image results:
- The check should be placed on a dark background
- All four corners of the check must also fit within the boundary indicated by the app
- Select a surface with indirect, natural sunlight for best results

To enroll your phone for Mobile Web Banking, you must have a People's United Bank eTreasury+ profile.

1. From your mobile device visit m.peoples.com
2. Select Login and then Login to eTreasury+
3. Enter your eTreasury+ User ID and password and click continue.
4. If you'd like your device to remember your User ID, select "Save my User ID"
5. On the next page enter your Company ID and click Sign on.
6. On your first login through Mobile Web Banking you will be prompted to enter the mobile phone number you have registered through eTreasury+ in your user profile.
7. Accept our Business Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions
8. Register your mobile phone and click submit
