How to get started using Person-2-Person
Mobile Payments

Send money from your checking account to almost anyone with just an email address or a mobile phone number.

Activating Person-2-Person mobile payments

From the App menu, select More then:

  • Select Person-2-Person Pay

Sending your first payment

From the App menu, select the “+” (task menu):

  • Enter the details for the person you want to pay and how much you want to send
  • Select the account you want to use to send from
  • Select how you want to send it
  • Enter an optional message to the recipient
  • Review, confirm and pay

Sending money

From the App menu, select the “+” (task menu):

  • Choose from your existing Contacts or enter the details for the person you want to pay and how much you want to send
  • Select the account you want to use to send from
  • Select how you want to send it
  • Enter an optional message to the recipient
  • Review, confirm and pay

Receiving money

From the App menu, select the “+” (task menu):

  • Select the Activity tab
  • Select the Unclaimed Payment
  • View the payment details and click Claim
  • Choose how you want to claim the payment, where to deposit it and click Accept
