How to get started using Mobile Deposit

Deposit checks quickly and securely anywhere, anytime from your mobile device.

Activating mobile deposits

From the select the “+” sign and then choose “Deposit”:

  • Tap Deposit to start

You can deposit up to 10 (ten) checks in one day. Deposit amount limits apply.

Endorse the back of the check you wish to deposit

All checks must be endorsed with a signature.

Take a picture of the front and back of the endorsed check

The image of the check must be centered; all four check corners must be visible, and taken on a well-lit flat surface. Tap the checkmark once you capture the check images. If you’d like to retake a picture of the check, you can press the redo button to retake one of the two images.

Complete the required deposit fields and tap continue

We will review all incoming checks to ensure it meets all requirements including dollar amount. If we find the amount of the check you entered does not match the amount posted on the check, we will attempt to correct the amount. If we are able to correct the amount, you will then receive an email notification of the changes.

Check your email for confirmation

Shortly after you submit a check for deposit, you will receive an email confirming your deposit has been received, followed by a second email when the deposit has been approved or declined. You can also review recent check deposits and the status by selecting “Recent” from the task menu.
