• A completed signed and dated People's United Bank Small Business Loan Application.
• Current signed personal financial statement on a People's United Bank form, for each principal, stockholder, or any other person who will be co-maker, endorser or guarantor on the loan.
• Business tax returns and/or financial statements (three years preferred).
• Personal tax returns for each principal stockholder, partner, proprietor or any other or any persons who will be a co-maker endorser or guarantor of the loan.
• Interim business financial statements, if more than six months have passed since your fiscal year end.
