People's Names Douglas Hallowell
Manager of Torrington Financial Center

TORRINGTON, CONN.
People’s Bank has named Douglas A. Hallowell manager of its new People’s Financial Center located at 1692 East Main Street.

Most recently, Hallowell was manager of People’s Canaan branch. He also served as manager of the bank’s East Hartford branch after joining People’s management training program in 1997.

Hallowell earned bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Human Resource Management from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 1994 and a master’s degree in Student Personnel Administration from Buffalo State College in 1996.

A Torrington resident, Hallowell volunteers with the United Way.
