People’s Bank Names Alex Reznikoff Vice President, Information Technology

BRIDGEPORT, CONN.
People’s Bank has named Alex Reznikoff vice president, Information Technology. In this position, he is responsible for People’s data center and production operations groups, which control, schedule and operate the bank’s many computer systems.

Since July, Reznikoff has been head of the data center/operations group, a position in which he tightened the bank’s policies and procedures, identified areas for improvement in problem response and resolution, and introduced best practices in general. He joined People’s in November 1999 as an Information Systems Principal, developing a Quality Assurance department for the Bank’s retail banking and brokerage Internet applications.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Computer Science from McGill University in Montreal and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Phoenix.

Reznikoff lives in Newtown with his wife, Carol, and their daughters, Elizabeth, Margaret and Lena. Alex and Carol Reznikoff have volunteered and served on the boards of directors for the Housatonic Valley Waldorf School Association and the WellSprings Center for Natural Healing. He is also a professional jazz pianist.
