![]() ![]() June 2, 2004TRICIA KELTOS-KELLY PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT AT PEOPLE'S BRIDGEPORT, CONN. - People's Bank today announced that Tricia Keltos-Kelly has been named vice president of Divisional Organization Effectiveness for the bank's Consumer Financial Services, Commercial Banking, Finance and Legal divisions. In this role, Keltos-Kelly is responsible for maximizing profitability for these businesses and staff lines through effective application of strategic planning, organizational and leadership coaching, organizational development and human resources programs. Keltos-Kelly joined People's in 1987 and managed the Retail Management Training program. She joined the Investment department in 1990, where she served as corporate cash manager and assistant portfolio manager. In 1995, Keltos-Kelly joined the Credit Card division where she was a marketing program manager, collections manager and training manager. She became the manager of Decentralized Organization Effectiveness for Consumer Financial Services in 2000. Keltos-Kelly received a bachelor's degree in industrial relations and public management as well as a master's in business administration from the University of Bridgeport. She also earned a graduate certificate in organizational management from the Fielding Graduate Institute. Additionally, Keltos-Kelly holds the Series 7 and 63 investment licenses.
