WOMEN'S POSSIBILITIES LAUNCHES FALL SEMINAR SERIES

Focus on financial well-being and information for singles, families and children

BRIDGEPORT, CONN. -Women's possibilities, a People's Bank program focused on women's family, finances and life, today announces its fall seminar series lineup. The series includes topics that resonate with women, whether they are single, married or have children.

Parents can learn how to raise financially responsible, and savvy children at "Money Doesn't Grow on Trees: Help Your Children Make Healthy Financial Choices," which is offered on Tuesday, Sept. 30 and Wednesday, Oct. 8. (See listings below for details).

Moving through a major life change such as divorce or widowhood often leaves people unprepared to manage everyday finances as well as their own financial future. "The Single Income and Planning Your Financial Future," on Wednesday, Nov. 12, will help answer some of the questions about budgets, saving and investing, and planning for retirement.

Many women manage their financial household without recognizing they are actually the "chief financial officer" of their home. "Take Charge of Your Financial Household," on Wednesday, Nov. 19, will help women understand how to manage their finances - either on their own or with their partner.
