![]() ![]() August 15, 2003SPEZZANO NAMED ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER AT PEOPLE'S BANK RIVERSIDE BRANCH BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - Greenwich resident David Spezzano has been named assistant service manager at People's Bank's Riverside branch office, People's officials announced today. A native of Greenwich, Spezzano brings his relationships in the community and understanding of customers' financial needs to the position. Spezzano will be responsible for creating new business in the Greenwich market and retaining existing banking business, according to Stephen Shealy, Greenwich market manager. A 1998 graduate of Greenwich High School, Spezzano captained the varsity football team and was a member of the 1996 Fairfield County Interscholastic Athletic Conference (FCIAC) championship squad. "David's familiarity with the community will certainly be an asset to People's Bank," said Shealy. "Having grown up in Greenwich, he truly brings the idea of 'community banking' to his customers, who are also his neighbors and friends." Spezzano is a 2002 graduate of Hamilton College.
