Kathleen Zembrzuski FVP Mortgage Processing/Operations

BRIDGEPORT, CONN. - Kathleen Zembrzuski, a banking professional with nearly 20 years of experience, has been named first vice president, mortgage processing/operations, People's Bank officials announced today. Zembrzuski's proven ability to manage customer relationships and utilize innovative technology to drive results led to her promotion.

In her new position, Zembrzuski will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of all residential lending operations, including appraisal services, closing department, telephone mortgage originations and wholesale operations. She previously served as vice president, manager, mortgage processing.

Zembrzuski holds a bachelor of science degree from Southern Connecticut State University. She is a member of the National Mortgage Bankers Association's Future Leaders Program and the Middlebury Junior Women's Club. She came to People's in 1999 from New Milford Bank, where she served as vice president, mortgage. During her career, she also served as director of operations for Citibank in Stamford and as senior vice president, Mortgage, for Centerbank Mortgage Company.

She lives in Middlebury with her husband, Henry, and son, Andrew.
