People's Names Anthony Ciaramella Commercial Lending Manager, Hartford Region

BRIDGEPORT, CONN.
People's Bank is pleased to announce Anthony J. Ciaramella, vice president, People's Bank, has been named manager of Commercial Lending in the bank's Hartford Region. He is responsible for new business development and also will manage the existing regional loan portfolio. In addition, Ciaramella will direct a staff of loan officers, and promote and enhance People's quality customer service and superior product knowledge.

Ciaramella began his banking career in 1986 at the former Connecticut Bank and Trust Co., where he was a commercial lending officer. He joined People's in 1990 and most recently was a senior commercial loan officer in the bank's Hartford region.

An instructor at the New England College of Finance, Ciaramella also is on the Commission for the Homeless in Hartford and is a member of both the Hartford and Middlesex Chambers of Commerce.

He earned a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice and business administration, and a master's of business administration, both from the University of New Haven.

He and his wife, Teresa, live in Prospect with their three children.
