  APRIL 2, 2002People's Offers Financial Seminars To Help In Planning For The Future Programs To Be Offered Around Connecticut in 2002
BRIDGEPORT, CONN. The programs cover a wide range of topics including college funding, retirement and financial management and will be held in locations including Shelton, Trumbull, Avon, Norwalk and Norwich. It will be offered in: "Why Managing Money During Retirement is Different" This program is designed to address a number of key concepts to help retired people make the transition from work to retirement. Special attention is paid to the impact of increasing life expectancies on retirement investment portfolios. It will be offered in: Norwalk -Thursday, April 18, at the Norwalk People's Financial Center, 295 Westport Ave., "Focus On Retirement - Building a Comfortable Lifestyle for Tomorrow" This program is designed to provide an understanding of the importance of establishing a long-term plan to help consumers reach their investment goals. It will be offered in: Brookfield - Tuesday, May 14, at the Brookfield office, 143 Federal Road, All seminars begin at 6:30 p.m. Seating is limited for all programs and reservations are suggested.
