The Mortgage Security Plan offers a low-cost way to insure that whatever tomorrow brings, your family has a place to call home.

Who's Eligible?
You and your spouse are both eligible for coverage. If you prefer, individual coverage is also available. Coverage is also available for a co-borrower for the same mortgage loan. Please note: all persons must request coverage before age 60.

How Does the Homeowner's Mortgage Security Plan Work?
The plan provides a single borrower or joint borrowers with full life insurance coverage up to the amount of the mortgage or $1,000,000, whichever is less, and the coverage adjusts automatically with the decreasing amount of your mortgage balance.
