Eligibility Requirements

• 1st Mortgage application must be approved
• At least one of the mortgage applicants must be a current employee of a participating employer.
• Employee must be purchasing or refinancing an owner-occupied property in any one of Connecticut's HUD designated central cities.

Note: If the employee is selling his or her owner-occupied residence located anywhere in Connecticut and is purchasing a new owner-occupied property in a central city, People's United will extend the benefits of this program to the purchaser of the home being sold.
