Yes. Generally, you will need to provide additional documents which will be reviewed along with your application. You will receive a commitment letter which highlights any outstanding items that must be returned to us in order to complete your loan request.

- You will receive a letter from us within 10 business days once your application is complete, advising you of the status of your loan.

Once your application is complete, a representative will contact you to schedule a convenient time for your closing.

- 2 forms of identification (Example: driver's license/photo ID and a credit card)
- Homeowner's insurance policy or binder that shows coverage equal to the property's replacement value of the total of your first mortgage and the new loan amount.
- If we determine that your property is located in a designated flood hazard zone, you will also be required to provide a Flood Insurance Policy prior to the closing.
(Note: we may not require you to purchase hazard or flood insurance in excess of the replacement value of the mortgaged premises).

The law provides a 3-business day cancellation period prior to the disbursement of any funds. As such, your proceeds will be available to you on the fourth business day after the date of your closing. If the proceeds of the loan are to be used to purchase your residence, the right of rescission will not apply. Our representatives will advise you when and how you may access your funds.
