Why do I now need to use scrollbars to see a full history screen?
Your computer monitor's screen resolution may be set too low to view our expanded screens. Adjusting your monitor's resolution is easy to do and needs to be done only one time.

Windows 95/98/2000

  1. Go to your "desktop" and right click on an empty area. A shortcut menu will appear.
  2. Click on "properties".
  3. Click on the "settings" tab at the top of the box that appears. Change the desktop area to 800 by 600 pixels by clicking and dragging the slide control to the right. Stop when the number changes to "800 by 600 pixels".
  4. Go to the "Color Palette" control to the left and, using the drop down box, change the setting to "High Color". Click "OK".
  5. The Display Properties box will appear stating "Windows will now resize your desktop..." Click "OK".
  6. If you have already set your monitor before with Windows 95/98/2000, a box will appear asking, "You resized your desktop. Do you want to keep this setting?" Click "yes".
  7. If you have not adjusted your monitor previously with Windows 95/98/2000, you will need to tell the computer the type of monitor you have.
  8. Using the scroll bars, choose the manufacturer and model number (or a similar model) of your monitor. Click on your manufacturer in the left window. Select the model number in the right window. Click "OK". The box shown in Step #5 will then appear and you should click "OK". The box from Step #6 will appear, and select "YES" if you wish to use the new settings.

Macintosh

ON A POWER MACINTOSH:

  1. Near the bottom of your "desktop", you'll see a little gray shape (control strip) that looks like a belt buckle. If you click on it, it will expose a "belt" of little pictures (also called "icons")with an even smaller arrow next to each one.
  2. Go to the monitor icon that has black-and-white checks in the screen. This is where you will adjust the resolution.
  3. Click on the icon and HOLD YOUR FINGER DOWN ON THE MOUSE. You'll see a "menu" that lists different choices for screen resolution. They are:

    640 x 480
    832 x 624
    1024 x 768

Bring your cursor up to "832 x 624" and highlight it. This is the Macintosh version of "800 x 600 pixels."

  4. Take your finger off the mouse. You've made the selection!
  5. Restart your computer.

What if I am not comfortable moving my money electronically?
Many customers choose to utilize Online Banking to view balances on Business Checking, Business PMA and Business Savings. While you may choose not to use it to pay bills or do transfers, you can access a great deal of account information 24 hours a day. Once you have a profile set up, you can get up to date information on your accounts.

How do I reset my Business Identification Number (BIN/PIN/ATM security code)?
