Change Profile Password or Login Name
To change your login in information click on the 'Customer Service' tab at the top of your screen. Under 'Preferences' choose 'Change Username/Password.'

To change your password, enter your current password, then enter your new password, and then re-enter your new password to confirm. Your password must be 8 to 16 characters in length and consist of letters and at least one number. Choose a password that is different from your user ID. Select Next to proceed or select Cancel to return to the Self Service main page.

Change Other Profile Information
You may update your first and last name and daytime and evening phone numbers on your online profile by clicking the Edit My Profile link in Customer Service under Personal Information.

If you would like to update your email address, click on the Edit Email Address link in Customer Service under Personal Information.

If you would like to request a change to a mailing address for one of your accounts, click on the Change Mailing Address link in Customer Service under Personal Information.
