1) What do I need in order to log into my account at CLC-Consumer Services?
You will be asked to provide three pieces of information to log in to view you account information.

• Your new account number (66XXXXXXXXXXXXXX) 16 digits
• Final four digits of the primary phone number on the account
• State of Primary Residence

2) Which Consumer Loans will be serviced by CLC Consumer Services?

• Home Equity Credit Lines
• Home Equity Loans
• Personal Loans
• Auto Loans (existing loans only)
• Boat Loans (existing loans only)
• TaxSaver Loans
• Collateral Loans will not be serviced by CLC Consumer Services Co. They will continue to be serviced by People's United Bank

3) How can I make payments?

Effective March 26, 2007, you can send payments to the following addresses:

• For Home Equity Lines of Credit payments:

• For Installment Loan payments:
  People's United Bank
  P.O. Box 747006
  Pittsburgh, PA 15274-7006
• You can also continue to make payments at any People's United Bank branch
• You can establish automatic payment deduction by calling CLC Consumer Services Co directly at 1-877-968-7762.

4) How can I obtain a payoff quote?

5) Will my loan number change?

All customers will be assigned a new loan number through CLC Consumer Services Co. You should have received correspondence with the new Loan number.
