"I started my career in the branch system as a part-time teller working summers during my college years. When I graduated, the bank offered me a full-time position. After completing the retail management training program and spending several years in the branches, a position opened up at corporate headquarters in the Mortgage Department, so I took advantage of this challenging opportunity.

Ten years later - after holding a number of management positions in Mortgage - another opportunity arose due to the federal government enactment of new privacy regulations. My broad knowledge of the bank and my project management skills helped me get a new job as Privacy Compliance Manager.

Today, I'm back in the branch system as an Assistant Vice President/Customer Service Manager and I really like being on the front line helping the customers and making sure the branch operates smoothly.

For fun, Scott enjoys working on projects around the house as well as following all sports, especially Boston's professional teams, listening to music and cooking.
