"I started my career at the bank in 1984 in the management training program. I then spent 11 years in branch banking, culminating that part of my career with managing the largest branch at the time. I wanted a new challenge so I sought out managers in other parts of the bank and talked to them about how my sales and service skills could be of use to them. A manager in the Call Center Group gave me the opportunity to move to the corporate headquarters.

Throughout my career here, I have constantly sought out new opportunities and have never been afraid to take a sideways step if I thought it would broaden my experience. I have also taken advantage of the bank's scholarship program. I went to grad school at night and got an advanced degree in Organizational Psychology. Not only did it make me a better manager, but it also opened up new doors for me and ultimately took me down the path to my current position in Workforce Planning."

Outside of the bank, Maddy likes to spend time with her family and also enjoys working with a number of local non-profit organizations.
