Treasury and Finance Committee

The Bank's Treasury and Finance Committee (formerly called the Investment Committee) is responsible for assessing the adequacy, and monitoring the implementation, of the Bank's Asset Liability Management Policy and related procedures. Its members include Collin P. Baron (Chairman), John K. Dwight, Eunice S. Groark, Richard M. Hoyt and Philip R. Sherringham. The Treasury and Finance Committee's charter was approved by the Board in July, 2007.

Treasury and Finance Committee Charter
