People's United Corporate University offers employees a curriculum that focuses on leadership development, management effectiveness, and sales and service delivery through classroom and online programs. In addition to learning opportunities available though our university, the bank's scholarship program is available to employees who want to pursue a further course of study or an advanced degree at an accredited public or private college or university.
